When changing the basic parameters of people’s life support and changing the Control System, of course, there is a large number, if I may say so, of born children, whose Brain, for one reason or another, does not fit into the parameters that should be. It must be recognized, and this is absolutely natural. Creation of a new Brain, which, I’d say – is " not like everyone’s " – is a complex multi-faceted and multi-aspect process of getting out of the situation related to the old system of "separation" into the genotypes (sub genotypes) of the Brain. You should also keep in mind the fact that there is a time factor in accelerating this process. But acceleration does not always bring 100% result . So that there would be less "defects" in the accelerated process, the "SvetL-K" Complex was created, which passed all "testing" by the Control System and was "allowed" in application. The Programs of interaction with the Brain in its development, the user’s protection and recovery if there are some discrepancies between the Brain and his shirt are primary here.
