And this is not an accelerated stopwatch, either. Every clock-period of the event-driven time has to contain much more events in order to catch up with the level of development we are striving for. I mean the development of civilizations that are far ahead of us. And the most surprising is – it's achievable! The entire first stage of civilizational development at the level of octaves 8 to 512 is covered in two steps: first there was kindergarten- level education (a group of Orion civilizations). It was completed. Now, discretely, we have to continue education at school – in the Sirius group of intelligent civilizations. This level is "much more profound". There were 384 "students" in this group of Civilizations. Now there are 383 . We left the kindergarten, but did not get to school. In the passage, we were "hooked" by the Ebr Civilization, although I do not think it deserves to be called "civilization". It is not a civilization, it's an Ebr group. And its task was (if briefly and for the first-grade students who read the previous chapters and did not get to the meaning) to "break-destroy" everything on Earth (Midgard), get the "Image of Human" and "move into" school – because they did not have any prospects for civilizational development at all and will never have. What are the Ebr? This is an evolution of the protein Mind. It has a limit. They, "the Ebr group", did not fulfill their function and were to be used for recycling. But they did not want it: "Come on, let's ...try! There's a chance here... well, we'll try..." This is what we all observe at present, and besides – we are direct participants. But there are also other observers. Those, who turned to intelligent inhabitants of the Earth, to the race calling itself Mankind. This is the Coalition Group of Observers ( CGO ), that transmitted their appeal through intermediaries of Shambhala E.I. Roerich and N.K. Roerich in 1929. This appeal of CGO. to people of the planet Earth was the third, the final one. The First Declaration to the inhabitants of Amuradgehapure , then the largest city on the Earth was handed over in 576 BC. The Second Declaration of CGO was presented in 711 A.D . to the inhabitants of Tkaacetkoal , the largest city on the Americon Continent. The Third Decaration of CGO to the people of planet Earth is basically identical to the first two in its content and compiled in 4 languages of the Earth (the most popular at present): in Russian, Chinese, English and Spanish. All this was carefully concealed from most people. I had no idea about it, either, before reading the book of N. Levashov (probably, like
