Is it possible to restore the normal state of representatives of all categories independently and spontaneously only with restoring a full- fledged translation? That is, if to generalize, – everyone is given everything (as it used to be once, in the antediluvian times), you just need to take it? No, this variant is impossible. One of the reasons is the changes in the Brain and regular changes in the cell. Is it possible to direct and provoke, to start up the necessary changes in the specified way precisely in the direction of restoring the full value? Yes, it is, and one of the variants of such assistance is the "SvetL" Programs . Is it sufficient to ensure a guaranteed return to a normal proper state? No, it is not enough. The conscious efforts of the individual are required – without understanding what happened and, as a consequence, the need to make certain efforts to realize the real picture of the world order from micro to macro levels with the purpose of changing oneself, extending one’s own frequency range (the Brain) – little will change. Can all this happen without using the "SvetL" Programs? A number of changes will occur in any case – it relates to both the Cell and the Brain in their interaction. But to the necessary changes which are sufficient for Man’s development under the changing conditions there may bring only combination of external influences in the form of already started up future Control SystemPrograms and internal factors that depend fundamentally on Man. It is possible to do without the "SvetL" Programs , but EVERYONE MAKES ONE’S OWN CHOICE HOW TO ACT , for example, with a broken leg – to cut and throw away all broken parts or restore the original wholeness.
