At present, actions in the biosphere and among people are energetic only because it is the Life Support System that gives a lot of attention to it, including the knowledge of new information about science and «new" concepts that began to bring people to completely different decisions in practically all spheres, including science sphere and new technologies. The "SvetL" Technologies are an example. The impetus for the new science development and the possibility of creating technologies was made through the works of N. Levashov and A. Khatybov.
