To comprehend is something different. One of the deep mysteries for Man for the Transition Period is the comprehension of the very fact of the ongoing physical process, which brings to formation of the inner states of harmony of the functioning Brain and outer states of its control, being stage-by-stage increasing perfection of the Consciousness and Mind states. This is really an incredible mystery (as the reason), after knowing which, one can safely be sure that everything else are only resulting executive actions of the Transitional and subsequent periods. This is extremely hard, but possible. It is the basis for the success of our own comprehension of the world around us, and especially after getting to know Nicolai Levashov and the beginning of the Knowledge of an entirely new and sometimes seem to be absolutely "absurd" in the framework in which most people are used to understand. Such concepts, cognition and actions can be realized by Man, if he is not in a state of his material usage. First, Man has to find strength in himself (if, of course, he wants) and get rid of this kind of state. At first glance it is easy. However, this is not the case. He has to come out "clean"... First, he has to clean everything around himself with a Broom , and then – to the Bath . And out the Bath – "being clean" – to the way out. This will be comprehension of his functional endowment as a Human on the Earth in the state of his Perfect Mind. After that, no "SvetL" Programs will be needed any more. They have fulfilled their functions in all aspects. But in order to get a different comprehension of the knowledge and the ongoing events, of course, the Programs are a great help now. Not a panacea, but help. They support the Brain and the general state, which is important at this stage. As well as self-confidence in one’s actions and many other things. When being subjected to the Interventionist Control System, people were not able to choose the forms and ways of life. This was imposed upon them by the Ebr Control System through the created habitat and the Conditions of the controlled environment . People were limited in their
