And it also happens that they simply miss a major discovery, such as the scientific discovery "The phenomenon of thermoelastic equilibrium in phase transformations of themartensitic type – the Kurdyumov effect ". The discovery was done by compatriots – G.V. Kurdyumov and L.G. Khandros on March 8, 1948, but the diploma for the discovery number 239 the authors got in 1980, i.e. in 32 years. In other words, sometimes it takes quite a time to be told at the top: in this there is something! It is clear now that it is necessary to change the very system of Science (RAS), its structure, so that it would not be the lot of the selected and not consist of pyramids, and that would not be temptation to climb up on it, and everyone wishing to work in science, would work honestly, knowing that everyone would be heard.
