Everything is good in its season. * * * There is always a contradiction in front of the creative Personality: it is necessary that people should know about his new ideas, but for their realization there have to be publications, but it runs counter to the generally accepted paradigms of "classical" science, therefore publications are impossible. The contradiction resolves itself with the production of a certain number of copies of books or articles, as K.E. Tsiolkovsky did in his time.
