In place of all the multifaceted, now unrelated to the reality of the societies diversity, there comes the Humanity as a single structure of social organization. The latter has acquired completely different complex functions of a higher level WITH GRANTED INITIAL COGNITION of a higher level, capable of moving to a single function of a model harmonious unification in other territorial, spatial and temporal frameworks for the Man being recreated. Think of this! What else can you do to solve this, except by the technologies of N. Levashov and the application of A. Khatybov's calculations? Destructive technologies are being completely replaced with creative technologies. This radically changes the quality of human being, i.e. the mode and the form of being. Transition to, or rather, the restoration of the Man’s Brain at a substantially higher level, the change in the mode and form of being, finding the ability of freedom of reason and action to perform his functions, an entirely different, and not an animal level of the awareness of his destination on the Earth, will qualitatively change the attitude towards each other. The animal functions of territorial and other aggression are being removed from the Brain, the mode of existence isolates from the conditions and possibilities of restoring an individual utmost selfishness, the life span of Man is being prolonged in case of his gaining new qualities of the Brain and its new properties. A Man becomes the Man. First of all, it is a must for everyone, i.е. THOSE WHO ARE STILL ABLE TO ELEMENTARY LOGIC THINKING , to realize that it is impossible to revive all this, already non- existent. The world has changed, it is necessary to get ready for the life in a new world. The old skills, technologies, structural and functional systems will not be able to regain the old authority and adjust the functioning of the society and all of its former management system to the new conditions of the
