Those are people who have realized that even after reading this book (not to mention the writings of N. Levashov and A. Khatybov as a basis), you can find yourselves in the dressing room of the Bath. And at the end of this book (the part) I want to emphasize some key points that in many respects, have taken shape of my entire future life, after my acquaintance with N. Levashov. It goes through my understanding, and I'm ready to confirm my every word. "In the beginning there appear dreamers, visionaries, crazy ones, dreaming about the future, writing and talking about the unrealizable. Then enthusiasts come and show that the project is feasible. Then come professionals and make a fairy tale happen. But everything begins with a dream " . So it happened with the Technologies and Programs "SvetL". The process of the recreation of Man has already begun, it is not instantaneous and, basically, CAN NOT BE INITIATED BY MAN . "Individual opinions", of course, will be considered, but very limited. The old Program is completed, the New one –is with different goals and under new conditions. A new set of Vectors of Goals (future) has been called into being new phenomena, actions and events which are to be realized in a different way within a specified period of time through other Programmed processes of a higher order. Ignorance and the corresponding untimely reaction to the ongoing Program changes will bring the society to the states of catastrophes, especially in the governing circles. The transition period to the beginning of the realization of the stated has already started, and it is very brief.
