Levashov, but also others already created and applied, after using these New Knowledge. Such information already "walks" among people. But these people are still very few in comparison with those who derive the criterion of understanding from TV and the Internet or from nowhere at all. The increase in the number of people who are striving for New Knowledge, and especially through the use of New Technologies, in particular, the "Svetl" Technologies , creates some intellectual activity around these people. This intensifies the discussion of all issues that care many of us (there are those who generally do not care about anything).
