The owners of the "SvetL" Complex the indicated base frequency is in line with a wide range of available frequencies of the Complex interacting with the owner's Brain. And in this case there will not be any cells dehydration. This has already been confirmed by the experience of using the "SvetL" Programs. 3. Interchange system The main element of the air mixture is tritium, which has three electronic layers (1, 7, and 16) and with which we have already dealt 18 . All gravitational (8 gratings) outer layers have a potential density less than 2%, so when weighing the air, tritium is not detected (in practice, this is a non- inertial mass). Spectral analysis also does not reveal it, since there are no radioactive frequencies. In 2007 OCTAVE 71 WAS "SET" , and exactly it occupies the upper electronic layer. The next two layers are octaves 67 and 61. By the way, water also has a grating of octave 71. Inter change processes take place with the decay of tritium and the formation of oxygen (non- inertial) with the base octave preservation. For a non-inertial mass there are no barriers, the decay is accompanied by appearance of a new isotope of tritium, which is called oxygen . Separately existing pulmonary circulation is designed to form all metabolic processes, while the blood plasma pH should always be in the range of 6.88-7.45.
