This frequency reference in the first place, was the SECRET RECIPE for the selection of specific numerous or uniform types of ethnic groups in society, which was necessary to perform the full function of every society. At each step of the Programmed performance of its functions the society could and was supposed to have a certain number of performers of specific genotypes of the Brain. This exactly determined the quantitative composition of the community, and this corresponded to the demographic change with reference to the specific stage of the Program execution.
