No matter how paradoxical it may seem whether to make this a reality or not, everyone decides for oneself. In a number of cases, it is possible to shift the end result to one side or the other by somebody else's efforts, but to change its essence is impossible. For all that, the change itself is possible, but this is a matter of hand, and, to a greater extent, a matter of Reason – of everyone. REASONABILITY OF THE ACTIONS IS DEFINED BY THE COMPREHENSION . The closer to the Truth is the comprehension of a certain task; the more workable is its implementation. But it is impossible that you should give anyone or get from anyone this comprehension, like giving and getting even most valuable gift. This is that very treasure that can be found only with one’s personal efforts regardless of the social status. The taste of the truth is incomparable you can not take it for something else, and if you should try and appreciate it – you will never need any surrogate, even most beautifully wrapped. But it is the surrogate that attracts most people now. There is nothing left but to observe and make conclusions. Today's media, with the right (at least not thoughtless) approach give a lot of information for reflection. It would seem that those people who are heroes of regular video reports, newspaper articles and publications in blogs – are the indicators of success in everything, including the achievements in medicine, its development, and capabilities. After all, someone, but the cream of society demonstrated to us, have all the possibilities to get the highest quality medical care – thanks to their connections, financial potentials, and the availability of a large audience of sincere "fans" – that is, really sympathizing with people's problems. Theoretically, the successes about which the system of health care proclaims from every housetop, through that very media – just have to reverse the situation (and not only with cancer) for the better and show us all the power of the system of combating this disease. However, the opposite is being observed. No one openly keeps the statistics. Therefore, just count: on the graph – deaths of brain cancer, prostate, breast and lung cancer (as the most common forms of cancer) among famous people (call them "the elite of society") taken from Wikipedia.
