F. Shkrudnev N. Levashov's "SvetL Broom" in A. Khatybov's "Bath School" and A Labour Spade 337 MECHANISM . It is clear that the harmony of the work of this mechanism depends on: - correctness of each cell communication with the Brain; - correctness of the Brain response to incoming signals. The brain, as the highest state of the charge equivalent structures, with reliance on lower organizations (biostructures) has a certain corridor of direct control of the biostructure living cell. For all that, the communication is bilateral – the Brain can respond (and responds) to the cell signals (if they are within the parameters of the "corridor") and can control the cell. Any deviation of the signal sent by the cell leads to changes in the processing the received signal. The magnetic impulse is generated by the Brain from the base row of octaves of k-structures: 96 , 72, 68, 66 , 64, 62, 54, 48, 32, 28, 24, 21, 16. Octaves 66, 68, 72 DEFINE THE GENOTYPE, AND THE BRAIN WORKS ONLY WITH ONE VALUE OUT OF THE THREE . In addition, each value of this impulse can be expanded in 64 ´ 64 matrix, which defines the whole set of its values. The impulse is to have a certain potential, and if this potential is below the standard value, the Brain makes the charge quantization by the equivalent temperature, then – the slip angle, and if there is no confirmation, THE CELL IS INTERPRETED AS DEAD , it does not exist for the Brain. But this does not necessarily happen in such extreme variant – the distortions caused by the altered state of the cell due to the fact that the Brain and cell exist in different spaces (or rather, the spaces of their existence do not have exact and complete correspondence), lead to the fact that the Brain within the framework of the existing standard is adjusted for a new variant of the cell. Should it be another way – if any deviation from a certain norm of the cell state as a result of its reaction to external factors in the mode as this occurs in reality, it would be defined by the Brain unequivocally and only as a ground for removing the cell from the body; this process (especially under the conditions now available) would be so turbulent that it would hardly be possible to make up for the costs of providing it. The brain has to adapt to the "new" cell within its standard. That is, the cell can deviate from its albedo by some value, and the Brain will not react to this until a certain point. Albedo change, for example, atmospheric phenomena – rain, snow, wind, and drought entail unforeseen distortions of electric potentials of gravitational frequencies and potentials of magnetic impulses, causing involuntary changes in a cell temperature and slip angle.
