If we assess the potentialities of the Brain from the primitive position (at a certain level of development), it is already able to organize the elimination of the pathological colony, or it may not be able with different variations between these two points. Question one – did it have time to "learn" or did not, within the past time? And if I did not have time, will it cope with training in the conditions of a "martial law"? The first and second can be influenced by anything, and not always the same works alike in different people. And this entire interconnected strictly in an individual way certain construction is in a state of dependence and under the System’s control, which, in turn, is also not the top of the "pyramid"...
