As long as you take into account – someone's opinion, consent, approval, permission; until the central meaning of your life is not your personal life, but the life of someone else’s who is only wasting your resources (whatever they might be) you have no chance – you will "go away" in marasmus approaching 70 – at best . But this is my opinion, and your opinion is to agree to this or not, keeping in mind the task that you yourself have set regarding your lifespan and using the "SvetL" Programs . The direct consequence of the above is the need to get out of that insane information field into which people are dragged in all thinkable and unthinkable ways. It is clear that if you go on living among people, then disconnect from the flow of information completely is impossible – some "fecal water" still seep to you. But you have to do at least possible so that you could influence what you personally are capable of. First of all, stop being day and night in social networks. Do not read any "facebook" in the morning, do not participate in discussions and disputes with unknown people. Do not sit on YouTube "day and night," especially with regard to the speeches of all sorts of "analysts" on the situation in the country and the world, to what awaits us, who thinks what, predicts what, etc. The words "analyst", "analysis", "analyze" are derived from the word "anal", and from there come only faeces. I understand very well that most people work somewhere, and work for hire, that is, as they say, "work for someone’s uncle," for the owner, and their welfare depends "on his left foot". It is clear that the time, which is called working time, people do not belong to themselves. It is more complicated with your private free time. After all, even the private life of a typical Man is 80-90% in debts, i.е. he always owes something to someone. He has to support, service, educate, give, spend, fulfill obligations, someone's orders and whims, in short, work like a damn, spend his resources and generally SATISFY SOMEONE ELSE’S NEEDS LARGER PART OF HIS TIME. Or do what's supposed to be done. But such a situation must not exist – this way you will never life to even 100 .
