Proteins are the main life substratum. One can not deny the importance of DNA with RNA, without which life could not last long. The cells and flesh (shirt), a great variety of the people’s Brain functions (in particular), the level of the developed intellect (Mind in all its imposed constructive peculiarities and the ability to reflect the surrounding realities), – all of them have acquired a certain habitual harmony with those characteristics of the heterogeneous information ether organized for them, which was created by the Interventionist Control System. BUT IT DOES NOT EXIST ANY MORE . Cardinal changes are taking place in the Environmental Control process. I have covered it in detail. However, the states of the Intellect, the functions of the Brain and the like are inert, while in genotypes 4xx they are irreversibly rejected to perceive such changes. Thus, the information environment has changed, it is returning to its natural state, as in the whole of macrocosm, of our part of space-time, but the flesh and the Mind are lagging behind or are not able to adapt. It is for this reason that there has been stopped the process of the Intellect development. That is, the process of the Mind perfection is stopped at present! But this does not mean that the evolution process, including the Mind evolution, has been stopped. This is the reason for the so-called Intellectual Crisis, which is understood and observed as a kind of infantilism or misunderstanding of what is happening around. It is so uniform that it is invisible in the people society. As B. Makov says in his works: "Most people have acquired an unreasonable state" . This is the main cause of all the evils of the present existence of the community of people. Yes, at such a period it is necessary to be considered towards people with any new information being presented, as it can seriously damage the state of the Mind, making a mess about the ongoing events and the world as a whole. That's why the strategy of spreading the "SvetL" Programs from Man to Man has been adopted and only after independent comprehension of the information on the Programs potential.
