The problem of prosperity differs radically from the problem of survival. Unfortunately, this problem can not be solved by changing the diet alone. Even in addition to decaliters of all kinds of sweet drinks with unreal caffeine content and quintals of all kinds of additives, sugar, dyes and flavoring agents which are drunk and eaten by a typical citizen, there are plenty of other pathogenic factors with which the body (shirt) has to confront all the time. (the Brain is a separate story, and if it is present). I am saying again most dangerous of them: - negative emotions that cause acute immune-neuro-endocrine stress; - regular social and economic pressure; - regular contact with mold toxins, insecticides, herbicides, aerial infections, contaminated water and radiation; - technogenic electromagnetic fields, digital technologies and everything related to the so-called "technological" breakthrough and, of course, the so-called "nano-technologies"; - taking pharmaceutical medicines, which inevitably cause the liver degeneration, exhaustion of the adrenal glands, overload (clogging) of the kidneys and a sharp increase in the Brain's craving for glucose, similar to drugs. In short, there is NO SIMPLE and NATURAL WAY to confront this world. To survive without adaptogens23 is possible, but to prosper – is not.
