N. LEVASHOV'S «SVETL BROOM» IN A. KHATYBOV'S «BATH SCHOOL» AND A LABOUR SPADE. BOOK 4. THE PHYSICS OF THE REALITIES
Book 4. The Physics of the Realities. Chapter 2. Information and just information 64 the life of neuron by its effect. In general, no one doubts the ability of ethanol to kill a living cell – it is no accident that alcohol relates to disinfectants. But still, we do not put the brain in a bucket of vodka, but the concentration of alcohol that can be in the blood (provided that Man has drunk and is still alive), of course, is not enough to kill cells. The popular myth was refuted in 1993 by two learned ladies – Greta Badsberg Jensen and Bente Pakkenberg – from the neurophysiological laboratory of the University of Aarhus (Denmark). For their research, they dissected the brains of 11 dead men who had been alcoholics and other 11 dead citizens who preferred sobriety in this world. After counting the number of cells in the same areas of the brain's neocortex in drunks and teetotalers, the researchers found no significant difference in the number of neurons. But there was a decrease in the density of the white substance in the old cortex ( archcortex) of the brain. The old cortex includes, as you know, the hippocampus – the brain structure responsible for memory. There are no neurons in the white substance, there are only their processes, as well as glial cells. A decrease in white substance density indicates that alcohol does not kill neurons, but it does harm to their processes and thus destroys the connections between neurons and different parts of the brain. In particular, this may account for the memory problems experienced by people who drink. However, according to Danish scientists, the destruction of connections (in contrast to the neurons destruction) is not irreversible. It is sufficient to stop abusing alcohol, and the density of white substance is restored. And this is the most important concept in order to make up one’s mind about the possibility of using the "SvetL" Programs in order to give up drinking. In my opinion, the question of alcohol consumption, in fact, is controversial. In some cases, it is useful, in others it is really not good. I touched upon this subject in my talks with N. Levashov, who was known not to drink alcohol at all, but he never made anyone take this position. My opinion is that the right to choose any information (in this case, on alcohol) belongs to Man himself. In our country different kinds of alcohol are swept into one notion. The alcohol that is produced now and which production is in the hands of all sorts of Gesheftmahyers is no longer alcohol, it's just poison destroying
