F. Shkrudnev N. Levashov's "SvetL Broom" in A. Khatybov's "Bath School" and A Labour Spade 57 were done before with the HAARP complex , UNTIL IT WAS PUT OUT OF ACTION . You have probably guessed who "had done" it. It is most curious thing that the HAARP Complex exists, something is operating there, but there is no effect. By the way, I want to say again that it's not McDonald's to blame for Americans putting on weight, as it is told. Let the NAARP organizers be thanked for the fact that having no idea about that, they interfered with the metabolic processes of their population. And this is not to be ever restored. They do not know what caused such an effect and what should be done to correct the situation. This is the second and third category of psi- impact on people. Now they are reaping the fruits. They tried to influence people through changing the environment. NAARP 14 , which "was designed", primarily as a "climatic weapon", is an example. But, from the point of view of the truth, it is the myth of intimidating people similar to that of the nuclear weapons myth. But was anyone taught anything after that? No. Just to make it clear, I can say that someone walked with a bucket on one’s head at night through the taiga, in a wide or narrow range of frequencies, trying to influence different atmosphere layers but having no idea at all of the atmosphere construction. It's like trying to break down a computer with a crowbar, in a fit of insanity, and persistently trying to figure out what program it works on. Well, what have they achieved with this crowbar? Any really drastic changes in climate? They got a menopausal state of their heads, but did not create climatic weapons. And then Levashov "intervened in", and after Levashov, others "helped..." Apart from illusory effects of using silver oxide to disperse the cumulus-stratus (clouds), they have not achieved 14 HAARP (auroral program of active high-frequency research), is being built for the Air Force and Navy, as an auxiliary to the ARCO project. Proposed as a scientific study, HAARP is a subtly disguised project, "perturbations" of the ionosphere with extremely powerful energy beams to see what military applications it can serve. According to HAARP RFP, these energy beams will be used to "control the ionospheric processes in such a way as to substantially enhance the performance of C3 systems (or, prohibit access to the enemy)." It's like a weapon, for this description. Other similar projects are under the code names – BIME.
