Levashov’s: "By matter it is understood the objective reality given to us in sensations. Sensations are the information that enters the Brain through the senses about the world around us; MATTER DOES NOT APPEAR FROM ANYWHERE AND DOES NOT DISAPPEAR ANYWHERE". The Russian scientist – physicist A. A. Luchin, formulated a different methodological view of the fundamentals of the world construction: he theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed the electron divisibility, the presence of the primary matter of all that exists, that is, matter of electric and magnetic fields. Levashov wrote about the same, representing primary matter as a spectrum of electromagnetic waves having different quantization coefficients. And thus both scientists symbolized this scientific and historical barrier transition in knowledge, i.e. a qualitative transition to a different methodology for the knowledge of the truth. This is a completely new methodology of judgment, methodology of the dialectics of energy- informational development of the energies being control, created on the basis of the new knowledge gained about the truth of the "World Created". With this approach, I tried to express in the book the final comprehension of the essence perception of the information given to us by the scientists N. V. Levashov, A. M. Khatybov, A. A. Luchin, etc. Today we call all this the New Knowledge. This knowledge has become the basis for the development of new technologies, known as the "SvetL" Technologies. I hope that those who have read the book realize that these New Knowledge are based on the energy-informational dialectics of the energies being control development. This allowed us to clarify, through the energy-informational dialectics, as a methodology and method of research, the causality, purpose, effectiveness and constructional feature of the scenario of knowledge itself in the form of which it, by its phenomenon, I will say in a simple way: "condescended to the Readers in the scientific form" through this book. That's what I tried to tell, by virtue of my understanding and my knowledge.
