Of course, it is possible, and there is no difficulty in this, but unfortunately there are many for whom, it is SO FAR INEXPEDIENT, since if we create an appropriate "equipment" (it is not yet available), it will not be possible to have in your clutches all the consequences of such an action, which many people will begin to do. Elements of similar technologies can be used, for example, to remove the "war-like" syndrome – people come to this state rather quickly and without hesitation begin to use weapons and do other similar actions by the command. If this is done for some purposes (that is, strictly expedient and targeted), the result will be similar to the one that we can observe to this day with respect to Nicolai. People like Nicolai have nothing but the group of people, most of whom pursue their personal interests and nothing more. And everything around is a theater, a game, a deception and only lies.
