F. Shkrudnev N. Levashov's "SvetL Broom" in A. Khatybov's "Bath School" and A Labour Spade 397 circumstances should be considered, too! Again, I refer you to reading the "Third Appeal to Mankind" 66 , where it is most thoroughly "spelled out". It remains to swallow, but for some reason, there are many who can not. All this does not mean that you should forgive Man for treachery, betrayal, etc.! By no means! You should be prepared for the possibility of such an act, and it is even desirable to make such an act or deeds impossible, but in no way to bring in a verdict of guilty in advance, only on the basis of the fact that he is able to do so, or even if such a thought flashed through him. No one can ever deprive a person of the right to choose. Of course, this choice can be made by others for Man, but regardless of this, the Man himself takes this other's choice, although later this Man finds himself an excuse for being forced to do so! But regardless of who and why makes Man do something, this "something" is done by Man himself. This in no way removes the guilt from the one who "forced", but the performer of another's will is responsible for his actions! Either way, each Man has the right to make choice, and no one should deprive him of this right. I am convinced of this, and therefore I never project my negative experience with some people to others, which, in fact, I recommend to everyone. Only my experience led me to understand that NOT ANY MAN DESERVES CHANCE , at least, the chance, which appears after the qualitative change in the Brain with the help of the "SvetL" Programs. MAN should prove by his deeds that he deserves, and only after that it becomes clear to me personally whether he is ready for new qualities and abilities or not. But first he must prove it to himself. I have already mentioned that like N. Levashov, A. Khatybov, B. Makov and others, I do not try to "play" the role of God, and not because I do not believe in God, having all the grounds for it, but because I am responsible for the consequences of my actions! If man is given new qualities and new capabilities with the use of the "SvetL" Complex, and this Man will use them for evil, for the sake of self-interest, ambitions, even for no reason, then this is my responsibility, since it was me who gave him the tools for such actions! But to deny Man the right to apply (to become the owner of the Complex) – I have no right, either. In his time, Nicolai explained it to me in an intelligible way, and I understood exactly as described here. But I still have no right to make some of the conclusions, since I do not have enough facts for that, although there is much experience of using both Programs and 66 N. Levashov “The Final Appeal to Mankind”.
