F. Shkrudnev N. Levashov's "SvetL Broom" in A. Khatybov's "Bath School" and A Labour Spade 345 Disruption of the magnetic field In the critical state (bonds breaking) of the gravitational field, when the potentials bonds form a lens over the surface of the future earthquake, the vortex of magnetic fields ceases, and the magnetic field is disrupted, that is, there takes place the conversion of the magnetic potentials into electric and gravitational potentials. From this moment, in fact, you can count down the time before the earthquake starts. Disruption of the magnetic field leads to a vortex of electric and gravitational fields, forming potentials 54,450, 54,500, 54,625 and 54,750 of atomic structures bond octaves. The structures restructuring is not accompanied with the Noosphere, changes but goes on with the energy consumption. An earthquake The earthquake is the final stage of the disruption process of the electric and gravitational fields. In this case, a resonant-oscillation process of transforming and restoration of the atomic structures bond potentials to the initial state occurs. The mechanical displacements of atomic structures occur in the space and time in which the albedo has changed. The stabilization is performed by a sequence of transformations series from lower octaves to higher ones. Actually, the earthquake process is accompanied by the basic control tone NA in all octaves of the state and combined with the control (FA tone). Upon the completion of the transformations, all the structures under the lens which is formed by the magnetic field with the help of the clock period interval are converted into the initial state of octave 54 of the atoms bond. The lens disperses; the support surface of the "tornado" disappears. Calculation of the point by the Richter scale The earthquake point is calculated by the constant: k m =t·(M/P), where M is the power of the accumulated magnetic field, P is the area of damage, and t is the time of formation of the gravitational field prior to disruption. For the point by the Richter scale = 16 , the approximate value of the coefficient – k m =11.32 .
