This is especially true about unauthorized programs, which are caused by a drastic change in the life support system of people and the change of the control programs. In his time Levashov and me, when there arose the question of "complementing" the Complex's capacities not only in matters of health, but also of "rendering assistance" to the User’s Brain in perceiving and understanding all that was happening around him was discussed in detail. There was more than enough done for that period. However, further, this was also the first step towards creating a vast "spectrum" of the "SvetL" Programs, which are being used now. There are no spontaneous (unorganized) earthquakes, that is, any earthquake occurs, firstly, in time and in space, and secondly, only when certain conditions are met. Let’s consider an earthquake of type 1. The graph shows the dependence of the power of the magnetic field on the area as the starting point of the change in the electric field. Further growth of the electric field is accompanied with the intensity increase of the magnetic field. It is from this moment that the potentials links of ionic structures begin to change, that is, the structure of the gravitational field changes.
