It is premature so far . I will not dwell on the explanations of the physics of the process related to the Generation and application of the " SvetL " Programs . Now I know perfectly what to make public and what not to. The Ebr tried to find the places of the outlets of the Source of Life in order to free themselves from the action of the blocking generator.
