There are many who already understand that one who concentrated on gaining worldly pleasures for oneself infringing upon others egual to oneself especially through violence and other vices can not be pure in one’s soul. These people have already begun to have problems with giving birth to children, which is one of the reasons. The current birth of children has nothing to do with the previous programmed processes because those processes are being destructed. Therefore, all the thoughts and questions that are asked regarding the Brain genotype of children being born , have no sense. Any judgment about their belonging to any Brain genotypes does not exist anymore. Another thing, what level of octave is given to their current Brain ? That’s how the question should be put. But it is too early to answer it. People are not yet ready to take Knowledge of this kind with “good intentions”, so let it be apophatic for the time being, I am sure, for a certain short period. Regarding the children who are provided with some kind of support, then you should not worry about it. On the contrary, it is necessary that you should demand from the so-called "administrative class" a larger scale and all-round provision of such support, since the processes of change of the surrounding reality are so intense that natural adaptation is not sufficient .
