This is the so-called primary opening of the Brain for further reception and "processing" of a significant and a great number of newly cognized information which later is realized through already expanded Brain’s abilities. Only this way the thought born in the thought process can be realized in a particular desired form, which means that one is able "to govern, to build up with the power of thought..." Is it possible to increase the Brain capacity, which is already "open" and has developed new abilities? Yes, it is.
