And this function CAN BE SPECIFIED for a certain genotype of the user's Brain depending on the requirements of the Subsystem within the framework of the selective control. At present, all the Earth's Complexes are adjusting their clocks for a new period, while information about the change is being sent to people’s Brain who are looking for the reason of the period change, or they are helped by the " SvetL " Programs . All the Complexes are described in detail in the previous chapters. There are 48 Complexes on Earth. Nowadays 7 Complexes operate in a daily cycle (each – 1 day). The rest – out of necessity. All Complexes have inertial and non- inertial masses. All subsystems structures have inertial and non- inertial masses, the control is exercised only through non-inertial masses. The same is realized in the " SvetL " Complex, which has inertial and non-inertial masses. The work and "SvetL" Programs control are exercised only through the non-inertial mass of both the Complex and the Brain, the interaction with which is taking place. This is only the first type of the control. There are also the second and third types of the control, but about them you can know later. For the first type of the control, we have octaves and mantissas of the octave.
