The base octave 71, and consecutive pumping at a clock frequency of 55 Hz will be unified , that is, 71.34, 71.44, 71.46, 71.47, 71.48 and 71.49 are sequentially transferred first to octave 69, then 61 , from it – to 57 and the final – to 53 (all 6 mantissas are saved in each octave). The octaves 53,77 and 53,88 . are saved. Octave 53,375 is not required, since the presence of the control octave 71 provides all the possibilities of control and impact. All the changes are made by the Complex 444 (China), therefore the disappearance of the usual overflows should not be perceived as something unusual, it is the next prevention of a constantly operating structure without stopping the process of change. Note that any overflows should be safe for the "golden million", because, first of all, octave 53,375 (gamma radiation) was removed. The effect, like a static discharge or lightning, is observed on biological objects, as well as on inorganic samples of different nature.
