N. LEVASHOV'S «SVETL BROOM» IN A. KHATYBOV'S «BATH SCHOOL» AND A LABOUR SPADE. BOOK 4. THE PHYSICS OF THE REALITIES

Book 4. The Physics of the Realities. Chapter 3. Another perception 162 this when we got the experience of people’s using the "SvetL" Complex of the first generation. However, in addition to merely everyday difficulties with the introduction of methods of "non-traditionalists" into life, there is a more serious problem – how can you see whether this particular method will help you or aggravate your state? After all, there are more than a hundred methods, and a patient has very little time and "space for maneuver". This question is extremely complicated and can not be solved in principle. You can answer it only with your own Knowledge. The only thing I can say with certainty right now, based on the already extensive experience of communication on this subject with people, is to immediately give up the methods, whose authors make profoundly erroneous statements as to what they think should be the parameters of a healthy organism. . For example, in some books it is written (I will not cite authors) that a healthy man urine and saliva should always be alkaline. In other books they write the exact opposite – the urine and saliva of a healthy man should always be acidic. And the third ones write that objectively healthy people (in their understanding – keeping to raw diet) should have a pulse of 20 beats per minute, and a respiratory rate of 4-5 cycles of inhalation / exhalation per minute. I assure you that THERE IS NOTHING FARTHEST FROM THE TRUTH , in all three cases. These "authors" just do not know (or do not want to know), for example, what the kidneys are and what for. They do not know that as a result of normal processes of cellular metabolism and continuous formation and destruction of proteins and nucleic acids there formed such "waste", as urea, uric acid, creatinine and ammonia. These nitrogen-containing waste products are NOT ONLY useless, but also toxic. When the kidney function is disturbed by the disease, these substances are quickly accumulated in the blood and tissues and cause death. In a healthy person, their blood content is maintained at a constant low level, since the kidneys excrete them as fast as they are formed in the tissues. Since the kidneys, in addition to normal metabolic products, excrete most of the substances that are unusual for the body, which can get from the outside or be formed in the body, urine analysis serves, first of all, as a reliable method for finding out the general state of metabolism. Normally, urine contains about 96% of water, 1.5% of salts and 2.5% of organic metabolic products, mainly urea; its pH is 4.8-8.0. In urine are the same salts as in the blood and in the protoplasm, mainly sodium chloride (NaCl ) (pay attention to its usefulness for the national economy), as well as a small amount of sulfates,
