BOOK 2. THE BATH SCHOOL. N. LEVASHOV'S «SVETL BROOM» IN A. KHATYBOV'S «BATH SCHOOL» AND A LABOUR SPADE
Book 2. The Bath School. Chapter 2. Physics of the Bath Taking Process 94 Finnish Bath (sauna) Finnish bath, or sauna is the most common bath. Firstly , they burn more often than Russian bath, and even "SvetL" Programs will not save. Secondly , it makes no sense to steam at a temperature below 123 0 С – there is no water in the steam room. The main difference from Russian bath is the way of getting steam: in Finnish bath all the water is poured onto the glowing stones, more than 75% of the frequencies potentials of this steam are of high-frequency. These potentials can both add the potentials of a living cell, and superpose these potentials by eliminating some of its frequencies, as a result of which a fresh virus with prescribed properties or a CANCER CELL can be obtained from a living cell. In addition, Finnish bath is used to "loose" body weight. However, delusion is impossible here. A living cell consists of water as well and the superposition of the potentials leads to a decrease of water in the cell (reducing overall weight). Here, the "crux of the matter". Good or bad, think about it, if you have already been invited to the Bath . Before visiting Sauna, the living cell is balanced and formed the ionic sediment that shortens her life . Having changed the water balance of living cells in the Sauna (after the Sauna, as a rule, people rush to drink water, beer, etc.), the cell gets fresh potentials at a high angle slide, which immediately begin to form additional ionic sediment, until it reaches the water balance of the cell. That is, frequent use of the Sauna leads to RAPID AGING OF THE BODY and to the change of the frequency connection of the Brain . However high fashion for sauna and its effectiveness, especially during business meetings, allows us not to take seriously some inconveniences, which might arise months or years later. It is known that absence of the brain even in a big head raises no serious objections. Arab baths should be included into a separate category. Taking into account African experience in using baths, some damage to health of the Sauna and the lack of snow for the organization of Russian bath, in some Arab countries they go to the bath once a year. Bath is a washtub filled with water. You can lie down the washtub with your clothes on and under the warm Sun bask in the same aqueous solution, which remained from the previous bath-lover. This kind of bath has a lot of advantages: it does not burn; water cannot dissolve all the dirt, so your favorite dirt can always be saved. Water does not give the frequencies, destroying the living cell, i.e., it is ecologically
