If the text of the message is transmitted in the fuel environment and meets all the limitations, it is taken for a normal order. * * * Perhaps, what is written in this chapter, is not clear to many readers today. But, nevertheless, the emphasis of this narrative, first of all, was made on logical, i.e. not the most effective way of getting at the meaning of thoughts. Why am I writing and going this way? I just proceed from the fact that my task – through key works, notes and statements of N. Levashov, A. Khatybov and others, through my understanding of ongoing processes – to convey this information (knowledge) to the most number of people. To do this, it should be transformed into the appropriate format, to show how deeply it is necessary to approach understanding the questions that are put before you. Somewhat later I will give a list of questions that have to be answered if you want to understand what the "SvetL" Programs are and the physics of these programs. Take my word for it, that there will be no less questions than those from A. Khatybov , for example, on water. And do not try to understand by your Heart (whether it will " lie down " on your heart or will not). You can not understood anything with your heart. You can feel with your heart. You can understand only with your Head (the Brain, naturally), i.e. logically. But
