In a confined space, this honeycomb structure is transformed into a Mobius band by virtue of the properties and qualities of the hexa-ray and anti-hexa-ray. 35 But this is already the Great Universe, about which we have no information. At the mesolevel, the structuring of space takes place and, as a consequence, the formation of planets, in particular, the Earth takes place (the process is described in detail and shown in drawings by N.V. Levashov in his book (Fig 2.5.5.-2.5.12). If there are appropriate conditions on the planet, the natural ECS (in the form of six spheres interrelated into each other) is automatically formed along with the most physically dense Planet, other structures and systems that continue developing the Planet itself: the atmosphere, biosphere with a multitude of ecosystems that form – at a certain level of development – society and, in some cases, the techno sphere (if the civilization goes along the technocratic way) or the noosphere (the sphere of Reason – if the civilization follows the way of self-knowledge and self-development). And further, if the Planet falls into the center of attention of developed civilizations, then the natural ECS is replaced with an artificial ECS (according to A. Khatybov), which guarantees further development of the Civilization in the direction of the Reason orientation. Here is a direct bridge to higher sociology. 36 After recreating the true "Earth Control System", the performing state covers both the structural aspects of the changes in the inertial and non-inertial energy states, and the change of the entire true Programmed ESSENCE OF THE CLUSTER CONTROL OF THE EARTH BEING AS A WHOLE . It can be defined as the causative basis of all the processes of changing the energies being on the Earth. When forming a new methodology of cognition, this side of Being should also be taken into account.
