Accordingly, for the Human Consciousness, the existence of the Control System having a higher octave is a vital necessity, from the point of view of the Control System itself. Otherwise, the existence of this System might be in jeopardy. And as an axiom – Man can not have a complete and correct idea of the true meaning and purpose of the existence of higher-level structures. As a consequence, an attempt to impose one's own will and own ideas about the goals of development upon higher structures (systems) can bring to a "surgical operation", manifested as the Human Brain’s disconnection. The similar situation is at all levels. Potentially, according to the level of his Consciousness, even without increasing the octave of the Brain, a person is able to correct the diseased organ or body system independently (by the thought power), since for this organ or system, the Man’s Brain is the Control System. Accordingly, for the diseased organ, such an impact will be a control correction. This correction, in the long run, is for the benefit of the diseased organ. If the case is neglected or the possibility of individual conscious correction is not accepted by the person, he runs to doctors who either perform an "operation to force peace" through drug treatment in relation to the "revolting" organ, or the "antiterror" operation comes into effect, and part of the patient organ (or the whole organ) is just eliminated. But the decision on such an impact is finally taken by the person himself, being the Control System for the given organ. Therefore, for the Person who considers himself to be the King of Nature and the crown of creation, and its "highest evolutionary point" can also be applied an operation "antiterror" on the part of the Earth Control System, and it should not surprise and frustrate him.
