BOOK 2. THE BATH SCHOOL. N. LEVASHOV'S «SVETL BROOM» IN A. KHATYBOV'S «BATH SCHOOL» AND A LABOUR SPADE

F. Shkrudnev N. Levashov's "SvetL Broom" in A. Khatybov's "Bath School" and A Labour Spade 21 enormous army of ignoramuses and unconcealed charlatans are speculating, profiting on the darkness and ignorance of the majority (unfortunately) of today's living people. In the process of evolution and progress of scientific cognition, THE REPLACEMENT OF THE OLD CONCEPTS WITH NEW ONES ; less common theories – with more general and fundamental theories TAKES PLACE . And this eventually and inevitably leads to the change of the scientific pictures of the world, but, for all that, there remains the principle of continuity, common to the development of all scientific knowledge. The old picture of the world is not discarded entirely, but continues to retain its significance, only the limits of its applicability are specified. What, in fact, N. Levashov, and A. Khatybov used to write about in their works, but at the same time subjecting to severe criticism existing scientific postulates. And today it is being done, but, unfortunately, by too few real scientists and researchers. The scientific image of the world comes into contact with other, unscientific and out-of-scientific images, keeping traces of concrete definitions, or rather, logical operations, revealing the content of concepts (definitions) in the designs and daily notions, individual and public consciousness. For all that, the reverse effect takes place, as well: common ideas become the scientific subjects of research. Therefore, the study of the scientific picture of the world in the culture of modern society gives grounds for the philosophical analysis of the social significance of science itself as a phenomenon of culture; and the study of the dynamic socio-cultural process leads to a change in the Man’s world perception, world relation, and worldview. This is the strong point of N. Levashov’s works, BEING THE START STEP , in a completely new, revolutionary understanding of the new knowledge of Man and the new science. These works, in my opinion, are the most influential reconstructions of the logic of the development of science in the second half of the XX-th and the beginning of the XXI-st century, or, if you like, the SCIENTIFIC REVOLUTIONS IN EVERY DIRECTION , studied by them. But the scientific picture of the world, discovered by N. Levashov , is not just a form of systematization of knowledge, but, primarily, is the research program that determines the formulation of tasks of empirical and theoretical analysis and the choice of means for their solution. I am more than sure that in the course of the science development and practice (especially, practice and, as an example, the development and application of "SvetL" Programs today), the scientific picture of the world will be amended, corrected and improved, but this picture will NEVER GET
