This is difficult for many people because we are used to thinking that the goals we have set for ourselves are best achieved by arranging all people according to their qualities, talents, and abilities. Everyone is placed in a hierarchy according to the level of worthiness defined by usefulness. The Chinese, for example, believe that just as organs in the body are placed according to their nature and function, so people in society SHOULD BE PLACED according to their talents. Those with the greatest talents are at the top. Those with less talents and of lower quality are one step below. In my opinion, the Chinese are not quite right –society will be a healthy, capable organism only if the brain cells HAVE THEIR PLACE IN THE HEAD and the anus cells are in the appropriate place. This does not mean that the body cares less about the anus. Absolutely not. At the first sign of a problem, IT (the brain) throws all of its strength into FIXING the DAMAGE to the waste-diverting system. But in order for the maximum help to be provided to all, they all must be in their place.
