Book 4. The Physics of the Realities. Chapter 4. There is no time that is defined 232 millennia. People ruled (reigned) only in that part of their environment, in which they were allowed by the level of the control from outside within the framework of the old Ebr Program. The transition to the next stage of development, in accordance with the processes of the new Program, is not only the switching on a new basis for the formation of spaces – tetrahedral , as the next level of evolution. A complementary consequence of this is the inevitable change of the charge cycle for the complete (all true native) range of the Earth energies octaves and translating the information about the next step in physics, chemistry, biology and other directions and instruments of the true knowledge of the World. The prospect is incredibly grandiose, bright and very tempting, but without understanding in what way the "Brain" of Man was captured , why all the knowledge was given to him out of his will, why He was used as an object, and He was not even able to realize this – there will not be any knowledge, movement forward and perception of one’s own actions with their consequences in such hard times. I have no pretensions to the truth, I can be wrong. N. Levashov A. Khatybov, A. Luchin, N. Morozov – in your opinion, could be mistaken, leaving us their own understanding of the ongoing events . But, relying on my life experience and my understanding of the works of the listed scientists, I can say that I HAVE NOT FOUND ANYWHERE a more correct approach to the global and everyday tasks touched on in this book. Never the above mentioned authors insisted on anything. They provided information (sometimes, like N. Levashov, "chewing" it for "absorption" by any reader), leaving everyone the right to accept this information, applying it in life, or not accept it. In this, in my opinion, is their greatness. Now, without understanding these aspects and questions, the further development of the Brain within the framework of permissible perception of all this will be to some extent detrimentally one-sided. It's just impossible to erase everything so much humiliating that happened to Man. Man is now being "recreated" as if for the second time, i.e. he is returning to his true state, if you can put it this way. You can erase everything that is unnecessary in the Brain memory, but sometime, in the very distant future, these questions can logically arise, that is why they are specifically discussed in this book. It was through these issues, as some kind of technical and technological conducting base that basically all the program settings (i.e. the essence of the ongoing events) with subsequent actions and events related to Man, the
