This should be understood as a potentially predetermined possibility embedded in Man, part of which are the future primary mandatory functions of the Brain , opening and implementation of which are to be carried out by Man in the course of his executing actions controlled by the new System. It also creates all the complex conditions of life support and habitat, i.e. all the necessary and controlled environmental conditions, with the help and through which the most complicated process of the control takes place, primarily with the functioning of the Brain itself. The activation and development of all potential human abilities are realized only in the process of finding the necessary and true control and cognitive information based on current and future programmed definitions of different periods of their implementation. Such programmed definitions, in accordance with the time of their implementation, are presented by the VECTOR OF PURPOSES OF THE FUTURE INTEGRATED PHENOMENA , actions and events, linked with and oriented toward finding a programmed harmony with the executing states of the entire general process in the Systems of a higher order, i.e . beyond the reality that we feel. After the termination (2009-11-15) of the functioning of the main Interventionist Complexes and Systems , part of them was saved and is now being used for creative tasks and liquidating the intervention consequences. In such a new control process, there can not be place for old dogmas that are not related to the truth, moreover, their perception as dogmas and their comprehension by the Brain will be technologically impossible, which means that Man will be completely indifferent to them, which is being observed in our realities.
