F. Shkrudnev N. Levashov's "SvetL Broom" in A. In order for the theory to live, it needs to be developed further, and not to be turned into the Gospel . Nicolai's success did not let alone those who possessed some special abilities or fragments of knowledge, although, in fact, they should have helped Nicolai, but having chosen unhealthy rivalries, doubtfull confrontations, they often completely lost their way (General Petrov, Trekhlelebov and others ). All these concomitant circumstances (betrayal of the surrounding people, "friends" and "followers") organized by the System, Nicolai invariably turned to his advantage. His pre-emptive move was in the revival of the Organization, which today bears the name of the Russian Scientific and Technical Society ("RSTS"). The main point and mission of this structure is still very few people understand and, especially, the "enemies." All this was carried out objectively, within the framework of those changes that began in 2010 with respect to the Life Support and Conrtol System. 1.7. The Splashes… They say that Perception of the Truth goes through three stages : "it can not be so", "there is something in it," and, finally, "it can not be otherwise." True, between the first and the third stages, according to the academicions themselves, more than 50 years can pass. But the same can be said about the Technologies, about which they used to say "it can not be so", "there is something in it" and, finally they began to say “it can not be otherwise”, and 50 years HAS NOT PASSED YET .
