Consciousness Perfection In the Universe there are no random processes inherently. All created, being created and ongoing is the essence of the processes of finding the Perfect State of the Universe comprehension of itself through the finding of the Consciousness perfection of all its constituent elements. Since these processes are not accidental, then, as a consequence, we can recognize the complete controllability of all the processes taking place in it. At first sight you can find this conclusion, contradicting to N.V. Levashov ’s point of view. However, one should take into account that Levashov describes the INITIAL LAWS OF MATTER AND SPACE FORMATION , and, as a consequence, of Life and Reason. But any process or phenomenon submitting to the laws of Nature can be reproduced when appropriate capacities are available. And a higher level system is capable of reproducing processes and phenomena at a lower level system or, in other words, a subsystem. It is only necessary to know and understand these Laws and have the corresponding potential. On the one hand, the confirmation of this is the very development of Human civilization, when science tries to make Nature work for it, using its laws, not understanding them at least at the level that it (science) understands . It does not matter now how correct it has comprehended these Laws of Nature, and whether these experiments provide any benefit for the Earth andMankind. The very fact is important. On the other hand, an obvious confirmation of this is the activity of N.V. Levashov. The most striking and characteristic example is the White Star 37 created by him. Further it is expedient to touch upon the very nature of Matter and see if there is a fundamental difference in the consideration of this issue in the context of New Knowledge. 1.
