World perception through the individuals Among many descriptions of the universe given to the mankind, I have come across one more created by N. Levashov in his works – a picture of the Universal World. And, perhaps, it is one of the most realistic. And everything written (described) by A. Khatybov should be considered as some complementary continuation of the whole integral picture. But is it possible to say that the universal picture of the World described by them is so new and original? No! The picture of the Universal World, described by N. Levashov and A. Khatybov and "built" on our Earth, does not have a novelty. Motives for the Earth and its inhabitants capture and enslavement are present in the folklore of many peoples of the Planet. The picture they created is new and original in the width of its coverage and the concreteness of its description. One astrophysicist, Doctor of Science, (when I asked him to "criticize" Levashov's book "Inhomogeneous Universe") said to me: "... only one who had been there was able to write such a thing! .." . For the first time, they gave a vision of a specially directed "chance" in the "evolution" of Human civilization, more precisely, its degradation (especially in our time). But why do people now have been taken away the opportunity to see with the own eyes both what is coming along and the enemy (after all our ancestors saw the enemy and fought him!)? The answer is simple and complicated at the same time – only those who want to see are able to see. And the wish to want to see something and understand was taken away from people, and now very few people worry about this, even after those events that I touched upon in this or that form in the first book. ALL SCIENTIFIC DISCOVERIES of the Mankind – is WHAT WE WERE ALLOWED TO BE ENGAGED IN, and not more. The discoveries of Tesla, Searle, Grebennikov and many others "did not go", not because of their phenomenal approach and knowledge of the nature phenomena, but because of the particular control of the "laws of nature" by external forces (not necessarily dark ones).
