I was perfectly aware of what was in store for me when I got down to the continuation of the book by N. Levashov . But I was also aware of what subject I was to deal with in relation with all this. You may ask: "What for do you need this?" It is better not to touch the past, not to stir up the past interests. Since there are N. Levashov’s books, there are his websites and people who are well or not quite well engaged in spreading and "explaining" the information left for all of us, then let it goes that way. And if it "has taken roots", then let it grow the way it grows. The same can be said about A. Khatybov . Here, however, a little more difficult, because many of his works are just "hidden". But still, there is enough information which makes it possible to come to certain conclusions or not to come to anything at all, living by the principle: "let it be quiet and no mouse scratching." It might have been done that way, if it were not for one nuance (today even not very "curious" see it) – everything that happens around us does not stand still. Everything is changing and developing rapidly. But in what direction? For good or for worse? It all depends on who, how and what “sees" and knows. There are many for whom to grasp the direction of development at once, became as easy as predicting the fate of the house, which foundation has partially disappeared or come down.
